Services
CIKONIC provides digital services including web development, app development, digital marketing, design and related services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed with the client in a quotation or invoice before work begins.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made online via PayHere using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other supported methods, or by bank transfer. An advance payment may be required before a project begins.
Delivery of Services
Services are delivered digitally (via email, online access or file transfer). Delivery timelines are stated in the quotation and depend on the client providing the required content and approvals on time.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information and content, and ensure they have the rights to any materials (text, images, logos) supplied to us.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. CIKONIC may display completed work in its portfolio.
Free Tools
The free tools on this website are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from their use.
Limitation of Liability
CIKONIC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
